It’s the spooky season. The spirits are wide awake this time of year: The spirits of the changing leaves and the ever-earlier night. The ghosts of the times and people that we miss. The monsters howling within and without us. Our wakening demons and goblins and ghouls, dancing around in the chill winds.

This playlist collects them all in a mad monster party, the skeletons in our closet, the departed longing for a glimpse of the living world, the werewolves, and zombies, and vampires. We add some hot tunes to warm their rattling chains and naked bones, and some cool tunes to join them in their blue moods.
